| When they got to the bottom of the mountain Anna knew they had only moments to act. She could see there was a freight train coming down the tracks which were very nearby. “Come on Splash. I hope you have enough super-strength left to re-route a freight train. We’re sure going to find out!” Anna jumped on Splash’s back and they zoomed over to just out in front of the freight train. They got far enough in front of it that Anna had time to tie a rope around the track. Splash used his incredible strength combined with his magic which made the rope extra strong, to pick up the track and fly it over to the bottom of the mountain that had the avalanche coming. Splash stretched the track so that the train would come to rest at the bottom of the mountain. It would act as a fence to keep the avalanche contained so it would not spill across the valley wiping out everything in its path. A moment later saw the avalanche arrive in full fury. Snow, large chunks of ice, boulders of all sizes and even full-grown trees combined to almost be too much for the freight train to hold back; but it held. next page |  |
