Anna and the Pony 56

He looked around and saw the bodies of many snow geese. Before he could celebrate however, the sky above once again grew dark. Dan began running for cover but then he noticed another, darker shadow. It came from the opposite direction. Quickly the sky was filled with Geese Police that had started out to dive-bomb but that now were scattering in all directions in an attempt to avoid what had caused the second, darker shadow to be cast.

It was the royal air force! Her father’s loyal subjects. They were everywhere. Kicking snow geese’s feathery little bottoms all over magicland. A murder of Crows and Ravens attacked from the east while a parliament of owls flew their silent attack in from the west. The north brought a kettle of red-tailed hawks and from the south a convocation of golden eagles joined the fray.

Splash flew through the air with Anna holding on tight. Upwards they flew to the one spot which was known to be compromised while holding the mountain top castle from sliding down the mountain. Anna threw a rope around a boulder that jutted out of the mountain side just below where the castle was located. A moment later Anna gave Splash the command to use his super strength to dislodge the boulder. When the boulder slipped out, the entire side of the mountain began sliding downwards.

Anna realized what they had done and jumped on Splash telling him to hurry. They had to get to the bottom of the mountain before the avalanche or anyone down there was going to be crushed. That included the young woman they had left down below. The one that did not remember who she was, or that she had once had great powers which she used for evil purpose.

“Hurry Splash! As fast as you can go!” Anna pleaded.
