Anna and the Pony 8

“Thank you two. That is amazing. How do you do it?” The lady asked, while holding onto her child’s hand. The cat had already taken off.

“A leprechaun charged me with its care until he can be repaired upon which time I expect the little guy will probably want his horse back.” Anna replied in complete honesty. Then she hopped back up onto the horse and they flew off. “Goodbye!”

Anna spent the rest of the day flying around looking for her parents but could not find them. As the sun danced along the western horizon the two weary travelers felt their hunger rise as the sun set. Then Anna saw a building with people going in and out and there was a light which switched on. It was an inn! She could sleep there safely! “See that Splash? It is a place where we can sleep for the night. Take us down there.”

The blue horse with the white tail, socks and mane, swept them down to the desired location, but off to the side of the building. Anna climbed off the horse and said, “I forgot. I don’t have any money. We won’t be allowed to stay here. If only I had some of my fortune here. Crying about it won’t help though. What are we going to do Splash?”

There was a sound of coins falling on each other behind the horse. Anna went around to see what it was and she was amazed to see three gold coins laying on the ground. She looked up to express her extreme delight and was shocked to see the horse was once again a miniature horse. “Did those coins come from you?” Anna asked still delighted. She didn’t really expect the horse to reply but she knew all the same. She picked up the little horse and while walking into the inn, said to it, “So you can fly, change size, and now I find out you poop gold coins? I better keep an eye on you, cute little face and all.”

“Who poops gold coins?” said a voice from the shadows.
