| ——————— Chapter ———————————- Dan flew back around and landed with the squadrons from Castle Candi. He found Ozzy and made his report. “I came back because I saw where they were going to keep us. It is a dead end part of the cave system. We can go in an free the princess but we need to be aware there is only the one way in and out of where they are being kept. Extraction will be difficult but not impossible.” Dan said matter-of-factly. “Lucky for us the Geese Police did not choose to keep the donkey, aka Splash, some place different than where the princess is being held. So when it comes time, the princess can command Splash and use his magic.” “Excellent! We launch our attack with the darkness. Have the owls prepare for the first wave. Once the enemy has been surprised we can send in the other squadrons.” Ozzy exclaimed. Darkness provided the cover the owls needed for the first wave of attacks. They came in stealth-quiet and began attacking the guards who were stationed outside the cave mouth. Next came the raptors. They protected the mouth of the cave which had been won by the owls. Inside the prisoners were led away from their prison and toward the freedom of the sky beyond the cave mouth. Outside the Geese Police squadrons were beginning to react to the news that the headquarters was being attacked. However their counter-attack was met by the squadrons of raptors and there was a big battle happening in the sky. In the meantime Anna was taking charge. Splash shook off his disguise as a donkey and it was clear underneath was the blue pony. Anna hollered commands to Splash. “Splash make a safe passage hallway that the prisoners can use to escape without the enemy being able to reach them.” Anna cried. As many Geese Police came running from further inside the cave system and from outside the cave mouth, Splash created a tube that allowed Anna and the rest to walk down while not being reached by the Geese Police. When they reached the mouth of the cave Splash and Anna took off flying up into the sky where they could really do some damage against the enemy Geese Police. Anna pulled on the blue pony’s mane telling him to hold up while they were up in the sky looking down at the battle going on between the royal air force and the Geese Police. There were more Geese Police coming in flying in their usual V-shape formation. Anna said to Splash, “Create a giant fly swatter and swat those Geese Police squadrons out of the sky.” The little blue pony with the white mane, tail and feet, did as she asked. Splash created a giant fly swatter and began swinging it at the incoming Geese Police. They were sent flying backwards with feathers left littering the air where they had just been. The battle went on, with the royal air force raptors and Splash swatting the Geese Police the good guys began to tilt the scales in their favor. The eagles and osprey and hawks that made up the royal air force were winning the fight! Anna and Splash battled their way into the cave where the Geese Police commander was trying to keep possession of the Bitcoin wallet they had stolen. He was hiding behind his most trusted guards. “I can have Splash swat your guards away or they can surrender. It is up to you. After that you will hand over the Bitcoin wallet so we can return it to the end of the rainbow.” Anna said. The commander replied, “How can you find the end of the rainbow?” Anna smiled and said, “Splash, show him your unicorn.” The little blue pony with the white mane, tail and feet, began to grow a unicorn on its head. Then he let go a whinny. “He can find the end of the rainbow. He’s the only one, besides the rightful owner of the bitcoin wallet.” Anna said. “Maybe that … leprechaun, will find it in his heart to forgive the little monsters, and allow them to be leprechauns again. “What about me?” The Geese Police commander asked in a very timid voice. “Is it the big water in the next life for me?” Dan interrupted. “Oh son you don’t need to be so pessimistic. You should instead be happy because it just so happens you have a bona-fide, genuine, for sure real dam duck here to help you find whatever water you need to find, it doesn’t have to be in the next life. Relax my boy! When you are with a dam duck you are with knowlege! Why I am like Master Card combined with Santa Claus. I’m accepted everywhere and everybody is always glad to see me. So get that big, honkin’ fat snow-goose of a bill held high sir! You may have been a low down, no good, Geese Police commander but that doesn’t mean you can’t learn from a dam duck how to act like a dam duck and then folks won’t think you’re such a big, fat, stinky, honkin’ snow goose of a loser Geese Policer.” “Well I suppose I could learn a thing or two from a dam duck. If other snow geese police see us together you will have to pretend like I lost a bet and that’s why I am with you.” The commander announced. Dan got an angry look on his face. He said to Ozzy, “Is it too late to feed him to the raptors? That’s what we should do. Feed him to the raptors.” “Boys! Boys! Can the snow goose help it if he has a certain image to maintain? No snow goose wants to be seen with a dam duck. Or any kind of duck for that matter.” Buzzy said laughing. “I can’t really blame him”. “Before we get too chummy, I’m going to need you to hand over the Bitcoin wallet, commander.” Anna ordered. “Very well. I almost forgot. Here you go.” The commander said, handing over the Bitcoin wallet. “Thank you!” Anna replied. “I guess now we have something to return. You little monster imposters go where you will see the red-haired leprechaun. If he has a little bit of mercy for a bunch of bad leprechauns, perhaps he will tell you that you are back in the clan. If he doesn’t accept you back, you can come to Castle Candi. I will make sure there is some sort of work for you that will allow you to eat and have shelter.” The little monster imposters and their big dog thanked Anna. “Well, I guess we better be getting that wallet back to the end of the rainbow.” Anna said. Splash gave a whinny. Anna climbed on and the two friends shot into the sky and headed off to find the end of the rainbow. Ozzy asked Buzzy, “Do you think they will find it?” Buzzy replied, “I think they’re the only ones who could find it.” The End |   |
